Our hiring process
Review of applications
Your application is anonymized to ensure a bias-free decision. We will review your CV, cover letter and any other document you send us.
We will contact you for a short video meeting or call, to get to know you a bit and ask you a few questions about your background and experience.
You will meet the hiring manager and a person from their team. You will talk about the role, the company, your background and experience.
We will send you a small test, to see a snapshot of what you can do. The test is practical and depends on the role and team you have applied to. We do not believe in making people work for free, so it will not take you more than 2 hours to complete. Promise.
You will meet with your hiring manager, somebody from their team, and HR. You will receive feedback about your test, and we will ask you a few questions more to get to know you a bit better.
We will send you an offer letter conditional to 2 references. Once your references have answered, we will confirm your employment date and start the onboarding.
