What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will be working closely with our clients and our product. You will help translate the needs of the clients to actionable steps, creating use-cases and onboarding clients into our products and services.

• Assist the Sales team with technical product knowledge on client meetings.
• Receive and analyze feedback from clients and installers, helping improve our product and solutions.
• Understand the customers technical landscape and their key processes.
• Work closely with the Sales, Product and Development teams.
• System testing and troubleshooting.
• Create, implement and maintain data tools for analytics.
• Optimize and automate processes.

In addition, we need you to:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or energy generation.
• Fluency in English. 
• 3-5 years experience in the Solar industry.
• First-hand experience in Azure and Big Data Platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, Pyspark, SQL. Experience with other programming languages is a plus.
• Experience doing performance analytics in Energy Domain.
• You can create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture, Assemble large and complex data sets that meet business requirements.
• You should be able to Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• You can create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members to assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
• Live in or be willing to commute to Bangalore. Travel to other locations may be expected.
